Alexandra Marti Keller, Founder
I am a clinical research professional with more than 25 years of experience across sponsor, CRO, and consulting environments. I started my career at Pfizer, where I had roles with increasing responsibility, from Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to Project Manager and Head of Clinical Operations, before joining IQVIA, one of the world’s leading CROs.
During the last 25 years, I held several leadership roles at local, regional, and global level, including leading international teams and complex clinical development projects.
In 2023, I transitioned into independent consulting, supporting biotech and pharmaceutical companies with clinical operations expertise, quality-focused project leadership, and strategic guidance. As coaching is my 2nd passion, I became co-owner of Inspiration GmbH, Coaching & Training.
Today, I combine my passion for clinical research and business coaching to help organizations, teams, and individuals grow with clarity, quality, and purpose.
